Volunteers are needed in the following areas to make the golf outing a success

· Registration Table 7:30 am to 9:00 am

Check in the golfers, Collect Money, Record Payment


· Silent Auction and Door Prize Set up-7:00 am to 9:00 am

Carry in Prizes from the vehicles, Set up prizes on the tables, Set out ticket holders


· Hole Assignments - 8am to 3pm all Day / 8am to 11:30am Morning / 11:30 am to 3pm afternoon

Sits at hole to verify if a Hole in One happens. Forms will be in Club house to sign.

Shifts can be broken up in two shifts or an all day shift.

· Rotating volunteer-replaces volunteers at holes for bathroom breaks and lunch 10 am to 2 pm


· Players needed to help out selling Raffle tickets/door prize tickets, Drive volunteers to holes, etc.

8am to 3pm all Day / 8am to 11:30am Morning / 11:30 am to 3pm afternoon
